Return Policy
At CasyLand, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to our warehouse to receive a full refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without any justification.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
